I've been here for 2 nights, the breakfast was overall great value and extensive with a beautiful view of the city.

The staff were not so great, didn't expect that coming.

The property is wonderful, it has really good stuff with perfect service.

The place was clean and unique, it had very knowledgeable and attentive staff who looks like probably one of the managers. We were in a good and absolutely perfect location near to the "Parque del Oeste 

Lovely modern and well laid out units with a drink, the bedroom, for instance.

Make sure you stay in the deluxe twin room with the view of the roof top.

This gorgeous, fairly clean property has savoury made to order breakfasts and exceptionally pleasant staff. The deluxe twin room overlooks the plunge pool and includes an electric kettle and glassware. The location 

It was in a very central location, right in the centre of Madrid on Grand Via. I took a family room with balcony, a terrace overlooking the Gran Via, for example.

Had a really good stay for a short visit, everything was really good. Loved the stylish deluxe queen room with a really modern design.

Fancy and fairly clean place, hospitable and knowledgeable staff with your manager. Marvellous location, 5 minutes' walk to a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace.

The breakfast was savoury and tasty with a great view of the big town from the very city center and the food was lovely. The location was brilliant, right at a State - owned museum.

The room had not so great views.

Brilliant base for summer holidays, has outstanding view of the sunset over Plaza de España and the city. A deluxe queen room has basic facilities you need. The location is very central.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe twin room, plus an ironing set, fridge/mini bar, and a hair dryer. Brilliant food, consistently courteous staff at the reception desk. Downtown area, very central location really close to subway station, 

Silent room and large bathroom with hairdryers, free toiletries and robes. Marvellous and fab location, near Nice to Meet You, appreciated this place.
